Phil Rasey serves as Executive Vice President for VanTrust’s Columbus office, a role earned through promotion in 2025. In this capacity, Rasey leads regional development efforts and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of speculative and build-to-suit opportunities within VanTrust’s primary asset classes.
Rasey has overseen the development of more than 13 million square feet of institutional-grade office and industrial projects across the Midwest, with a total value exceeding $900 million. More than 20 years of leasing and development experience, coupled with extensive knowledge of construction, sales, leasing, and development, underpin a client-centric approach that has generated value and performance for tenants and ownership.
Rasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from The Ohio State University.
