Philip Silverstein, having lived in Japan for 16 years, knows something about customer service. Philip started in commercial real estate in January 2001, and since that time has worked with hundreds of customers, both tenants and landlords, completing hundreds of thousands of square feet of transactions. Fluent in Japanese, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University in East Asian Studies and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He previously served as the Director of the Japan Desk at NAI Global focusing on business development, lease negotiation, tenant representation and general brokerage services.
