Philippe Journo founded Compagnie de Phalsbourg in 1989, and since its founding he has aimed to be exclusively involved in projects that improve their environment and that meet a very high level of architectural and ecological requirements. He is the Director of the National Council of Shopping Center and the Vice-President of the Association for the Promotion of the Paris Opera and President of the Paris Opera Foundation.
