Pip has over 30 years experience dealing with a wide range of commercial properties throughout the UK. In the last 17 years however, she has specialised in dealing with licensed and leisure-related properties, with particular emphasis within Central and Greater London and the South East.
As Director within the specialised Lease Advisory Team at Davis Coffer Lyons, Pip deals with rent reviews, lease renewals and other Landlord & Tenant related issues on a variety of licensed and leisure properties. She displays particular expertise in pubs, wine bars/café bars, restaurants, clubs, health & fitness and quasi-retail/restaurant units.
Within Central London, Pip’s experience is wide-ranging. Nevertheless, she particularly focuses on a number of established Class A3/Class A4 locations and is retained by landlords in respect of the St Christopher’s Place Estate, Carnaby Estate, South Kensington Estate/Brompton Quarter, Borough Market, Charlotte Street/Fitzrovia and Cadogan Estate,. She also has considerable experience in the City, South Bank/Southwark, Fulham, Chelsea, Soho, Noho, Marylebone and Mayfair.
Throughout Greater London and the South East, Pip advises both landlords and tenants on various properties, ranging from high street bars to rural pubs, and from town centre restaurants to out of town leisure parks.
Pip also regularly acts as Expert Witness at Arbitration, Independent Expert referrals, Court Hearings and negligence cases.
