James Pitzer Gills IV joined Lee & Associates Newport Beach in 2025 and works alongside senior leadership to manage a diverse portfolio of office and industrial properties across Southern California. His responsibilities include market research, database management, and tenant outreach, in addition to supporting property listings and marketing initiatives.
As a licensed California real estate professional, Pitzer has been involved in leasing and sales transactions representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. His hands-on experience in property analysis, valuation, and client service provides him with a strong foundation for delivering strategic solutions in today’s competitive market.
