Since 2006, Pratik Trivedi has led Trivedi Hospitality as chief marketing and technical officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading sales and acquisition activities for the group, along with overseeing the renovations department. To this end, Pratik Trivedi has implemented CRM programs and social media initiatives to better engage customers, thus contributing to an increase in sales of over 15 percent in his first three years at the business.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Trivedi held such roles as general manager for SNJ Hospitality, customer relations professional for Semeo, and marketing manager for Shrin Hospitality. He holds a bachelor’s in marketing from having attended Loyola University and University of Illinois-Chicago, along with a bachelor's in political science from Northeastern Illinois University, to supplement his hands-on experience. Mr. Trivedi also holds designation as a Certified Hotel Administrator.
