With over 15 years of experience in real estate development, Rafael Celis has successfully overseen the development of more than 2 million square feet of mixed-use and residential projects. As an executive leader, Rafael has managed middle-market enterprises generating over $50 million in annual revenue. A civil engineer by training, Rafael holds a Master’s in Construction Management from Georgia Tech and has further enhanced his leadership expertise through Executive Education in Operations Management (OPM 53) at Harvard Business School.
