Rajesh H. Patel received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston Downtown. He currently serves as a Senior Associate for Investment Sales at Nitya Realty. Rajesh has worked in various roles in the commercial real estate industry including multifamily property management and previously served as an associate of a recognized multifamily investment sales team in Houston, TX. Using his effective marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and deal management insight, he was able to assist in closing a large number of multifamily transactions. Rajesh wants to provide investors the resources and tools to make educated investment decisions and is willing to go above and beyond for each of the firms existing and prospective clients.
