Rand founded the Houston office in 2010 and guided it into one of Houston’s largest commercial real estate brokerage companies, as recognized by the Houston Business Journal. Rand also spearheaded the firm’s Texas expansion with the opening of offices in Dallas and Austin by acquiring Dallas-based Dillon Corporate Services, Inc. and Austin-based Commercial Texas.
Stepping down from his Managing Director role at the end of 2022 with the company’s acquisition of Madison Marquette, Rand led the Houston office to one of its best performing years since opening in 2010.
