Randy is the Director of Marketing for Arizona Industrial Properties (“AIP”). Randy oversees the leasing and marketing for an industrial portfolio in excess of 2.5 million square feet, with more than 400 tenants in the Greater Phoenix area. Randy joined AIP in 1999 and prior to that, Randy worked for First Industrial Realty Trust, Heitman Properties and USAA Real Estate Company. Randy is a proud board member of the R.S. Hoyt, Jr. Foundation; a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1937; a member at Arizona Country Club and holds an Arizona Real Estate License. A graduate of Arizona State University in 1987, Randy is a native Arizonan, married and has three adult kids.
