René Jaubert is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for nationwide loan origination based out of Walker and Dunlop’s Dallas office. Mr. Jaubert specializes in the origination of multifamily loans through various capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, debt funds, banks and life companies and has considerable experience across several property types such as industrial, office and retail. Throughout his career, Mr. Jaubert has been involved in the underwriting and origination of over $10 billion in loan volume nationwide.
Mr. Jaubert joined Walker & Dunlop in 2016 as a member of the GSE underwriting department and was promoted to his current position in 2018 in the real estate finance department.
