Ricky Partida specializes in sales, financial analysis, and marketing for The Totah Group. Ricky has vast experience in property management accounting and underwriting in the acquisitions and dispositions of Industrial, Retail, and Office investments. He previously worked on underwriting, market research, and analysis of properties in California, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada.
Ricky is a native of San Diego, California and began his career as an Accountant and Acquisitions Analyst. Before joining The Totah Group, Ricky worked for PacVentures, Inc, a privately owned Commercial Real Estate investment firm in San Diego.
Ricky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and was an active member of the Accounting Society and Urban Land Institute.
