Richard T. (Bubba) Chrismer, Principal of CRESA Partners w Atlanta, began his real estate career in 1985. He spent the early part of his career with Carter & Associates, where he specialized in the evaluation and analysis of office space requirements and represented tenants in renewals, expansions and relocations. In 1996, Bubba became a founding Partner of Peachtree Partners, which was acquired by Trammell Crow in 1998. After the acquisition, Bubba served as Senior Vice President and successfully closed over 200 lease transactions for a diverse group of clients. Bubba became a Principal of CRESA Partners w Atlanta in 2003, dedicated to specialization in tenant representation for corporate services. He has an extensive tenant representative portfolio, including assignments on behalf of firms such as Monsanto / Solutia, Northwestern Mutual Insurance, BBDO Advertising, Arthur J. Gallager & Co., Bank of America and Fidelity Investments.
