40 years experience in commercial property agency and development advice, residential development and landlord and tenant work. I am a former equity Partner of Bayleys and Donaldsons LLP, director of DTZ, consultant at Bevans Chartered Surveyors and founded THP Chartered Surveyors. In my spare time I enjoy sailing, walking, cycling, messing around with old cars and trying to keep the garden under control.
