Bio
Mr. DiBianca oversees operations of the Northwestern Ohio portfolio, evaluating trends and managing special projects to physically improve assets. Prior to joining Monarch in 2016, he was managing Tax Credit and Affordable Housing projects throughout the United States. Richard earned his BA in Psychology and Philosophy, an MBA in Finance and an MS in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
