Bio
Richard P. Levine has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since joining CBRE in 1988, he has represented New York based clientele throughout the New York region, and coordinated the firm’s resources to serve these groups nationally. He is a senior member of CBRE's Downtown New York office.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Levine has also served as a building leasing agent for more than 6.5 million square feet of office space. This experience has given him valuable insight concerning various landlord’s perspective and has enabled him to be highly effective in the negotiation of new lease agreements on behalf of tenants, as well as the re-negotiation and extension of present lease agreements.
