Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the industrial and logistics sector. He spent five years in Australia, again in the industrial & logistics sector, before returning to the UK in 2002. Richard has successfully acted and transacted for occupational, investor and development clients in the UK and abroad, with particular emphasis on large-scale development projects and corporate real estate re-structuring. He continues to work with his corporate and developer clients on the identification and delivery of large-scale Big Box schemes throughout the UK.
