Dick has been in the commercial real estate business for over 35 years. With a background in finance and development, Dick specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing in the East King County area from I-90 north to South Snohomish County. Since 1999, Dick has successfully completed over 50 transactions valued in excess of $50 million.
Dick has represented national, regional and local clients, including Albertsons, Northshore School District and Eastside Harley-Davidson. He’s also recognized by many of his peers for being extremely knowledgeable on the City of Bothell submarket, and in particular, the very successful ongoing redevelopment of the downtown Bothell area.
Dick received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Dick served as a member of the Bothell City Council form 1999-2003. As a council member, Dick also served on a number of regional committees focusing on transportation, growth management, and economic development issues. Dick has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce and chaired the Economic Development and Government Relations Committee. He also served as the Chair Emeritus of the Eastside Transportation Association and as a member of the ETA Board of directors.
Dick currently resides in Bothell with his wife, Gina.
