He has been a realtor for a little over 26 years now, and he has been fortunate enough to have had experiences in every end of the real estate field. His father was a land developer and a builder, and he was a builder himself before becoming a realtor. While he does sell homes in all price ranges and styles, his specialty is in new construction and investment properties. In many cases, he is sold his clients their homes, their parent's homes, and even their kid's homes, and now they are interested in buying investment properties. On some occasions, it is for their first fix and flip or rental. On others, it is their career, but he thinks everyone likes knowing that he understands the product he is selling, and he understands how to get the maximum amount of return for it, regardless of whether it's their own home or investment property. It's kind of like having your mechanic help you find a car.
