Rick Carduner specializes in all areas of the retail commercial property industry. His current focus is on developing new shopping centers and representing national tenants. Rick’s extensive experience in assisting national retailers in developing and implementing market penetration strategies has trained him to find and develop new retail shopping center sites. He assisted Home Depot, Staples, Sun & Ski, Blockbuster, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, IHOP, On the Border, Gordon Beirsch as well as others with their San Antonio market strategies. He has done multi-market site selection for Red Robin and Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill. Rick is a past Texas State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers.
