Rick is a fourth-generation Springfield native. He graduated from Parkview High in 1987, where he was involved in student government, band, and orchestra. After high school, he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Virginia. He became a licensed real estate agent/broker in 1993. Rick is a proud member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Life Member "Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club", "Who's Who" in Real Estate 1996-2004, a Top 5% Nationwide REALTOR. He is a member of the Springfield Multi-List Board of Director 2003-2004 , and Springfield Board of Realtors Director 2004-2005. Rick has earned multiple awards from GSBOR and served in many capacities. Rick was a featured speaker and trainer for real estate professionals over the U.S. 1996-2018. Rick has owned and managed over 250 properties in the Springfield area and worked with clients and investors for nearly 30 years. Rick enjoys the outdoors, hiking, water and snow skiing.
