Bio
Rick joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. in 2021 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on the North Side of Chicago. He has facilitated the sale of over $400M in multifamily real estate since beginning his brokerage career in 2016. Prior to his career in real estate, Rick enjoyed seven years of teaching U.S. history and mathematics in the northern suburbs and north side of Chicago. Rick prides himself on being able to empathize with his clients and develop a deep understanding of their business goals. Outside of Brokerage, Rick happily spends his time raising his three young children with his wife Jenny.
Education
Rick earned his degree in Psychology graduating with distinction for his research in neuropsychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He later earned his Masters in Teaching from National-Louis University.
