Ricky joined Bradley Company in the Spring of 2022 as a Broker in our Fort Wayne office. Within our team, Ricky uses his extensive background as a Business Broker to leverage the best possible outcomes for business owners throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Ricky comes to Bradley Company from Midwest Business Brokers, where he was the VP of Brokerage. He studied Management and Economics, giving him a strong understanding of not only the economy but how to work with clients and ensure optimal results in each transaction.
In his capacity as a certified business financial consultant, Ricky helps business owners and landlords identify overlooked value drivers that can add thousands of dollars to their bottom lines. He personally owns and manages a wide range of commercial assets in the area. This firsthand experience gives Ricky a vast understanding of the challenges facing landlords and tenants in commercial real estate.
