Rob received a bachelors Degree in economics from Hobart College where he was captain of the tennis team and an MBA in finance and marketing from Boston University Rob is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on its Midtonwn District and Building Owners Committees, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
Rob is best known by his clients for his creativity, exceptional service and ability to structure complex transactions.
Prior to forming Synergy Realty Inc Rob spent fifteen years in commercial real estate at firms such as Pearce Urstadt Mayer and Greer, Wilrock Properties and most recently Dezer Properties During this time Rob was gaining leasing and sales experience representing both landlords and tenants. Since 1984 Rob has fulfilled the diverse needs of owners and users in the acquisition and disposition of commercial space.
Applying his numerous experiences gained by by completing both difficult and and simple real estate transactions, he established his reputation as a successful tenant representative. By taking a hands on experienced approach that anticipates his clients' needs, he has had an impact on the bottom line of the companies he represents.
