Robb Cerruti joined the Advanced Real Estate team in 2003. As Chief Operating Officer, his responsibilities include asset management, project management (including the San Juan Meadows development), and investor relations. Robb has been involved in the acquisition of over 3,000 apartment units and the financing of nearly a billion dollars for the Advanced portfolio. Robb has a bachelor's degree from the University of California Santa Barbara, is a licensed California real estate broker, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
