Active as a Broker in the sale and exchange of major real estate parcels in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and in the sale of mortgages and leasehold interests.
Chairman of the Board, Cronheim Mortgage Corporation, which is Mortgage Correspondent for eight insurance companies and several conduit lenders. David Cronheim Mortgage Company services mortgage loans for insurance companies and major lenders and arranges financial packages for investors and builders.
