Robert Drennan’s proudest moment working at Rouse Chamberlin Homes is the outpouring of support and love the employees displayed to him when his father passed away 4 years ago. They were there for him and his family physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It truly helped them through it.
Winning the Emmett award twice in the company really made Robert feel special. Once he realized who Emmett was and what it stood for, being recognized by his peers for it was a tremendous feeling.
There are so many proud moments with the buyers on the day of settlement, from tears to hugs to smiles grinning ear to ear. Robert says the proudest feeling comes when they tell him that day that they made the right choice going with Rouse Chamberlin Homes. Also, when buyers appreciate all of the work that goes into building a home... what a high!
