Bob is a finance expert who has worked both in the securities industry and the commercial real estate industry. While licensed with various regional broker/dealers, Bob worked as an investment banker specializing in private placement debt and municipal securities for approximately 25 years. After leaving the securities industry, Bob started La Quinta Capital in 2007 to specialize in CRE financing. Bob's experience includes the placement of over 100 loans with banks, credit unions, hedge funds, and private money lenders.
