As part of the world’s largest occupier-only commercial real estate firm, Robert delivers conflict-free advisory services focused solely on tenant interests, ensuring unbiased strategy and maximum leverage in every engagement.
In addition to his advisory work, Robert leads business development in Austin for Cresa’s integrated occupier service platform, including lease administration, construction project management, workplace strategy, site selection, labor analytics, and portfolio optimization. His role centers on helping organizations reduce occupancy costs, improve operational transparency, and align real estate decisions with long-term business objectives.
Robert began his career at Frost Bank in Austin as a Lending Analyst before moving into real estate, gaining hands-on experience in development, property management, and the brokerage of land, retail, office, industrial, and residential properties. This multidisciplinary foundation allows him to approach tenant representation with a deep understanding of how owners, lenders, and operators think, creating stronger negotiation leverage and more strategic outcomes for his clients.
His recent work includes guiding international companies establishing U.S. headquarters, managing corporate relocations and expansions, and leading strategic planning initiatives designed to reduce costs and accelerate growth. Robert’s clients benefit from his ability to integrate market intelligence, financial modeling, and operational priorities into a cohesive real estate strategy.
A native Austinite, Robert attended The University of Texas at Austin and St. Edward’s University, earning dual degrees in business and computer science. His background spans technology, banking, real estate services, and international business, giving him a broad perspective on how real estate impacts organizational performance.
