Robert is a native Richmonder with two teenagers and a drive to serve. He enjoyed school and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with degrees in finance and accounting and minors in political science and economics. After spending several years as a CPA he built a successful sixteen year career in the mortgage business during the boom and bust period.<br /><br />In addition to financing and coordinating thousands of real estate transactions, Robert has been a real estate investor, renovator, manager, and landlord for over a decade. He has purchased distress sales and renovated fixer uppers and maintenance deferred properties.<br /><br />Robert has experience with the intricacies involved in unique properties such as: foreclosures and shorts sales, manufactured housing, condominiums, log cabins, large horse properties, and million dollar estates.
