Robert Holuba is Co-Chief Investment Officer at CenterSquare Investment Management, where he oversees the firm’s private real estate platform across private equity real estate, private real estate debt, and strategic capital strategies. He works in partnership with Co-CIO Dean Frankel to develop and implement CenterSquare’s overall investment strategy across both public and private real estate businesses. Holuba is also the founder of CenterSquare’s Essential Service Retail strategy and serves on the firm’s Private Equity Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining CenterSquare, he worked at Lubert-Adler Real Estate Partners in acquisition and investment management roles, and earlier in his career was part of the development finance team at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV).
