Received Texas Real Estate Salesman License in 1973. Texas Brokers License earned in 1976. I was a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Developer in San Antonio, Texas from 1983 to 1988. I am the Managing General Partner for a Medical Office building at 5400 W. Plano Pkwy in Plano, Texas we built in 2000.

Graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate in 1974. Attended college on Navy ROTC scholarship.
