Bio
Robert began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 as an intern at NAI Huff Partners (now Transwestern) while still in college learning the brokerage business. After several successful years as an associate, he joined Mages Group as a consultant and broker for rapidly growing oil and gas service companies throughout the shale plays in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, North Dakota, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Prior to founding Formation Real Estate, LLC, he negotiated and closed over 200 transactions worth over $100,000,000 in total consideration involving rail-served distribution, vehicle maintenance facilities, manufacturing plants, equipment service yards, supply stores, and land. In addition to investment firms and private equity, he has experience representing corporations with national expansion and disposition strategies and has consulted in-house with all aspects of corporate real estate operations, finance, legal, and procurement functions. His broad knowledge of construction, land development, and industrial applications have repeatedly helped his clients meet their operational goals and achieve the maximum value of their real estate position. Robert and his wife Christin live in Fort Worth, Texas.
