Bio
Robert is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of extensive experience in real estate investment, asset management, and development. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Robert has a proven track record of driving strategic growth and optimizing financial performance across diverse real estate portfolios. His expertise spans multifamily properties, mixed-use developments, and retail assets. Mr. Stumpe is responsible for all multifamily acquisitions including the structuring of equity and debt while facilitating investment strategy and execution.
Prior to his arrival at Gallery Residential, Mr. Stumpe was responsible for the operational and financial strategy for the entire multifamily portfolio at Watkins Real Estate Group. Under his stewardship, the company successfully developed 10 properties comprising over 3,300 units valued at $750 million.
Prior to joining Watkins, Mr. Stumpe served as Vice President of Investments at Carroll, where he directed the acquisition and asset management of ~17,000 units and spearheaded investment strategies for a $1.8 billion portfolio.
Mr. Stumpe graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Accounting and received an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. Mr. Stumpe is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
