Robert V. Tiburzi, Jr. is a partner of Coolidge Equities, Ltd., an affiliate of Houlihan-Parnes Realty Advisors, LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for acquisition, finance and disposition of real estate and mortgage assets nationwide. During Mr. Tiburzi's tenure, Coolidge Equities, Ltd. has acquired billions of dollars of real estate and mortgage assets. Mr. Tiburzi began his career at Houlihan-Parnes in 1991. Prior to joining Houlihan-Parnes, Mr. Tiburzi practiced real estate law and worked for the "Big Five" accounting firm, Deloitte and Touche as a tax consultant. Mr. Tiburzi is admitted to the bar in New York and Connecticut. He has completed the all the requirements necessary to be a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut.
