A commercial real estate broker with more than 35 years specializing in the leasing and sale of office and retail properties, Roger Mills has also realized numerous sales of apartment buildings, leased investments, raw land and industrial properties.
Mr. Mills has successfully completed hundreds of transactions throughout Northern California, with an emphasis on the East Bay Area, including Richmond, El Cerrito, San Pablo, Pinole, Berkeley, Emeryville and Oakland. His transactions include the sale of a 42,000 square foot retail center, the lease of a 20,000 square foot retail site, the leasing of business offices to Contra Costa County, the leasing of a build to suit site to a national restaurant tenant and numerous leases for H&R Block and other national tenants.
In 1996, Mills earned the advanced Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (C.C.I.M.) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI).
