Hailing from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Roman Melnyck was drawn to the real estate industry for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community he lives in. He has worked in the industry since 2018 and recently joined the MPN team, where he specializes in Investment & Development Sales, as well as Retail Leasing.A Penn State Alum, Roman brings a wealth of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation knowledge with him to MPN. He loves watching Philadelphia’s generational renaissance unfold and is enthusiastic about being a part of restoring old buildings and placing new tenants in commercial spaces.
