In the commercial real estate arena since 1987, Ron Jacobson specializes in all areas of commercial real estate with a focus on Industrial and Office Building Sales. Based in the San Diego area, Ron has carved out a niche in the Southern California Capital Markets, assisting clients in the purchase and sale of Industrial Properties, STNL assets, office buildings, retail
centers, and land for development. Ron takes great pride in his
reputation, providing exceptional communication, market knowledge, integrity and a firm commitment toward his client’s success.
During his career, Ron has completed in excess of 950 lease and sale transactions in over 9.9 million square feet of property totaling in excess of $1.95BB. Prior to opening SD Realty Partners, Ron spent 11 years with Madison Partners. SD Realty Partners began March 2017, Ron closed in excess of $40MM million of investment properties., Specializing in the "on" and "off market" sale Industrial Single Tenant and Multi Tenant properties. Facilitating 1031 Exchange Buyers in Retail, Office and Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution assets.
