Ron possesses more than 40 years of successful experience in the real estate industry and has participated in over $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including extensive experience with single tenant, multi-family, retail, office, industrial and hotel properties. Ron formed Net Lease Partners, Inc. in 2002 to invest in real estate and provide real estate brokerage, asset management and consulting services to private clients.
During his career, Ron served in various C-Level positions, including as Chief Operating Officer at Geyser Holdings, LLC, Chief Investment Officer at Captec Net Lease Realty, Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Brauvin Real Estate Funds and Vice President at VMS Realty Partners. Ron was responsible for establishing the “Jared the Gallery of Jewelry” national store development program for Signet PLC, the largest jewelry store chain in the world. He is currently involved in real estate development in Florida and advising numerous family trusts and private funds.
