As Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, Roni Imbeaux is responsible for financial planning and analysis, corporate modeling, capital markets transactions and engagement with the investment community. This includes developing and executing the investor relations strategy, ensuring clear and consistent communication with analysts, investors and key stakeholders.
Roni joined Cousins in 2012 as a member of Corporate Finance team and has played an integral role in several strategic transactions, including the mergers with Parkway Properties and TIER REIT. Prior to joining Cousins, Roni worked in the finance group at Emory University.
