Rory Walsh joined Newmark in 2015 and serves as a Senior Managing Director in the Boston office, where he specializes in representing tenants and landlords in commercial lease transactions in the suburban Boston market.
Prior to joining Newmark, Walsh worked in the Boston office of Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as a director. In this capacity, he served as an adviser to Boston-area companies, real estate investors and owners on all aspects of commercial real estate. Walsh was also responsible for assisting the department with leasing, client presentations and the completion of market information.
