When people ask Rosanna what she can’t live without, she always says FAMILY, FRIENDS, and REAL ESTATE! Her prior career was in banking, and the transition from the world of finance to real estate was suggested by a good friend, who believed it would be an excellent fit for her. As Rosanna was in search of a new career, she made the move to real estate, and in her opinion, it was the best decision of her life.
Her passion stems from the joy she experiences when helping her clients find their dream homes or when she's able to identify lucrative investments for their portfolios. Rosanna’s goal is to close transactions in the most time-efficient and finance-friendly way possible. With over 20 years of financial experience, combined with her extensive background in marketing, sales, and customer service, she negotiates incredible deals for her clients. To date, Rosanna has closed over 300 transactions within Vallejo and the surrounding counties, including residential, income properties, bank-owned, and commercial sales and leasing. Life is about continuous learning, and she is currently expanding her education in Commercial Real Estate by working toward obtaining her Certified Commercial Member Designation. Whatever her clients' real estate dreams encompass, Rosanna promises to provide them with the best service possible.
