With over twenty five years of experience in the field of commercial real estate, Mr. Beal has developed a broad range of skills in all aspects of both management and development. As President and Founder of Parkstone Management Services, Inc., (1989) Mr. Beal is principally engaged in asset management and development of a commercial real estate portfolio with a market value of in excess of $750,000,000. As Founding Partner of Parkstone Capital Management, an investment arm of Parkstone Companies, Ross has been actively involved in the investment and development of commercial properties in Southern California. Development and investment activities for both in-house and third party contracts have included in excess of two million square feet of retail and office projects. Ross holds a Degree in Business from the University of the Pacific and a California Real Estate Brokers License.
