Senior director with a robust background in commercial real estate, Ross James brings over a decade of experience to his role at Lee & Associates. Since joining in 2019, Ross has consistently demonstrated a service-first philosophy, acute attention to detail and an unwavering
commitment to providing clients with comprehensive real estate solutions. Commencing his career at Jackson Cooksey in 2010, Ross focused on tenant representation for clients across multiple industries, including medical, industrial manufacturing and distribution, legal, oil field services, engineering, e-commerce, software development and other emerging technologies. This multifaceted exposure allowed Ross to cultivate a deep understanding of various sectors and refine his skills in commercial transactions involving office, industrial, retail and medical properties.
In 2018, as Jackson Cooksey transitioned under the umbrella of Newmark Knight Frank, James took a pivotal step to preserve the personalized service that defines a small business while delivering the capabilities of a larger enterprise. Ross co-founded Leverage Commercial to provide clients with one-on one service and simplifies the sometimes-over-complicated real estate process. He brings this same philosophy and experience to the Lee & Associates - Houston office.
