Roy Hightower brings over two decades of executive leadership in finance, healthcare operations, and technology strategy to his role as Key Account Manager at NAI G2 Commercial Real Estate. With a career spanning corporate finance, operational leadership, and analytics, Roy offers a comprehensive, data-informed perspective on commercial real estate opportunities and challenges. Prior to joining NAI G2, Roy held leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations including Lennar Homes, the Medical University of South Carolina, Encompass Health, and East Alabama Medical Center. His experience managing complex physician contracts, financial portfolios, improving operational workflows, and leading large-scale analytics teams uniquely positions him to deliver strategic value to NAI G2’s clients—particularly in healthcare, industrial, financial, and office property sectors. Roy’s career is defined by a consistent focus on process improvement, profitability, and actionable insight. Whether negotiating high-impact contracts, leading multimillion-dollar financial turnarounds, or advising C-suite stakeholders, Roy approaches every project with precision and integrity. His background as a controller and director of finance gives him a strong foundation in compliance, reporting, and capital investment—skills that translate directly into maximizing ROI for clients and stakeholders. Roy holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Health Services Administration from Columbus State University and Auburn University, respectively. Born and raised in Columbus, GA, Roy spent 3 years coastal living in Charleston. However, he and his family’s love for the Chattahoochee Valley Community brought him back home. When not working, Roy enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and mentoring children and young professionals. He remains active in numerous professional associations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
