Russ Simon is Executive Vice President, Operations at Welltower. Mr. Simon is responsible for leading the Company’s Asset Management, Capital Planning and Experiential Team functions.
Mr. Simon has served in various investment and underwriting roles since joining Welltower in 2011. He has led the evaluation and closing of over $15 billion in transactions including acquisitions, new developments, joint ventures, debt investments, and dispositions across seniors housing, outpatient medical, and post-acute care. Mr. Simon previously served as Senior Vice President, Co-Head of US Investments where, in addition to new investment responsibilities, he led several key operating partnerships.
