Rusty has been a part of the Fuller team since 2012. As the Senior Vice President, his primary responsibilities include overseeing the property management department, construction management, and building operations at Fuller.
Before his tenure at Fuller, Rusty honed his skills in the property management department at Transwestern, where his focus was on the daily operations of various office and retail properties.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Sam Houston State University. Additionally, Rusty is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas and has earned the RPA designation from BOMA International.
