Ryan was most recently a Vice-President with CBRE Limited in Toronto West previously to joining Avison Young. Ryan is a 11-year industry veteran, whom specializes in industrial real estate. His primary initiative will be to assist in the continued growth of Avison Young’s industrial platform in the GTA.
Cunningham will continue to focus on the acquisition, expansion, leasing, relocation, disposition and industrial-development needs of owners, tenants, investors and developers.
