Ryan has been with Criss Cross Commercial Group since 2003 and leads the company’s strategic direction and overall management. After getting his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, he practiced commercial litigation at Locke Lord LLP, working on real estate development and land use disputes, construction litigation, and lender liability matters. He also served as Galveston County Commissioner 2012-16, having an active role in several large public works projects, including transportation, regional drainage, and public facilities. He is a current member of the Board of Trustees of Clear Lake Regional Medical Center and Mainland Medical Center, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ryan and his wife, Melissa, reside in League City with their four children.
