Ryan Garrett, a lifelong resident of the Cathlamet area, works alongside his partner Melissa, both in life and in real estate. The two met in high school and, after spending time away pursuing education and career opportunities, returned to Cathlamet over a decade ago to raise their family of three energetic boys.
Ryan’s journey into real estate began while teaching in the local school district, inspired by his mother and uncle’s involvement in the industry. He has now been a licensed real estate agent for more than ten years. Melissa joined the business two years ago, bringing complementary strengths that enhance their ability to serve a wide range of clients.
Together, Ryan and Melissa are deeply committed to their community, actively volunteering with youth groups, sports teams, and summer camps. Their shared passion for service extends into their real estate practice, where they assist buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords throughout Southwest Washington and Pacific County.
